The experts in China Machinery Industry Federation organized to hold a meeting on the acceptance of the project of “The Twelfth Five-Year Plan National Science and Technology Support Project” and “Green Manufacturing Technology and Equipment” on February 25th. The project of “Automotive parts remanufacturing key technology and equipment” undertaken by CNHTC Jinan Fuqiang Power Corporation Limited through the acceptance.   The Expert Group through field investigation and listen to the team's work report, a detailed understanding of project implementation, and highly recognized for the manufacturing expense in disassembly cleaning, effect evaluation and life expectancy, remanufacturing forming the breakthrough in respects of several key technologies.     Fuqiang power Co., Ltd. in the early stage of the green remanufacturing, on the basis of key technology research, aiming at the key technology to automobile parts remanufacturing and its special equipment, with complex structure, high added value, easy to wear failure of automotive starter and generator, air compressor, pump, turbocharger and large energy consumption, high emission and low efficiency of high power diesel engine parts, such as efficient advanced technology method, to carry out the related technology research and development of special equipment.     Since the project implementation, Fuqiang power Co., Ltd. established a small assembly parts remanufacturing cost-effectiveness evaluation system, formed a small inner hole assembly parts nano brush plating remanufacturing technology, small precision parts PVD remanufacturing technology such as remanufacturing accused of shape control technology group, and has realized the gas engine transient concentration pressure control of high response and high precision control, solves the upgrade of remanufacturing engine development of efficient and low pollution combustion system key technology problem; meanwhile, the scrap parts nondestructive disassembly rate increased to 93%, and dismantling efficiency to 33%, cleaning efficiency is increased to more than 40%, utilization rate of old pieces from 50-60% to 86%, which effectively solve the restrict small engine assembly parts remanufacturing the common technical problems; built the old starter, generators, supercharger, fuel injection pump and air compressor and other key automotive parts remanufacturing technology demonstration production line, realized the remanufacturing starter, generators, supercharger, mass production of fuel injection pump and air compressor; Built upgrade to demonstrate the application of remanufacturing engine production line, realized the upgrading of remanufacturing engine emission standard by the Ⅰ (Ⅱ) to the ascension of China Ⅳ emission, gas consumption level is only 197 g/kW h, emission efficiency of 30%.
