At 10:30 am on November 21st, Tan Xuguang presided over an emergency video and telephone conference on production safety work for the leading cadres of Shandong Heavy Industry (Sinotruk Howo Shandong Enterprise), reporting the recent safety accident in Shandong Province, which sounded the alarm for the whole group. The department heads of Weichai, Sinotruk, Shantui, and ZTO Bus Co., Ltd. attended the meeting online.

Tan Xuguang emphasized that the current operating situation of the group is improving in an all-round way, and all units continue to increase production. The more such a situation, the easier it is to ignore the problem of production safety. We must deeply learn from accidents and resolutely prevent safety accidents from happening.

Tan Xuguang put forward strict requirements for all leading cadres: safe production is heavier than Mount Tai. The red line of production safety is the guarantee of the life safety of workers.  Leading cadres must always put the life safety of workers in the first place, and always firmly grasp the work of production safety in their hands. We are determined not to have bloody sales revenue!
