On the afternoon of June 18th, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and China Telecom Group held a discussion and exchange on deepening strategic cooperation and the signing of the intention of the second phase of the "Tongxin Cloud" project in Beijing. Ke Ruiwen, secretary of the party group and chairman of China Telecom Group, and Tan Xuguang, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, attended the forum and witnessed the signing.

Zhang Quan, vice chairman of Weichai Power, and others participated in the event. Participants visited the China Telecom Museum before the conference.
