SINOTRUK Limited Holds Board Meeting

SINOTRUK (Hong Kong) Limited holds Board meeting in Jinan on August 26, 2014. The chairman of the Board, Mr. Ma Chunji, chairs the meeting. 17 directors of the company are all present at the meeting (including 3 directors present at the teleconference), satisfying the statutory requirements on the number of director attendees. Vice president of MAN Truck & Bus AG Mr. Steinborn and MAN China project leader Mr. Leissner attend the meeting as non-voting delegates.  

The Operating Report presented by Executive Director and President of the Company Mr. Cai Dong, the Financial Report presented by Executive Director and CFO of the Company Mr. Kong Xiangquan, Interim Report of Year 2014 and other proposals and agendas are approved by all the directors.

The board of directors of the business and financial reports of common problems, such as sales and service measures, operating cost control and product quality control measures and market share, etc.. Mr. Cai Dong and Mr. Kong Xiangquan give detailed answers and explanations to the directors’ inquiries.

Mr. Ma Chunji says in the concluding speech that this meeting is very successful, he sets new targets in details for the executive directors, non-executive directors and independent directors of the company and he hopes that everyone will contribute to the sustained and healthy development of SINOTRUK.  

The lawyer delegate from the employed law firm also attends the meeting.

During the meeting, the  participants visit the SINOTRUK National Heavy Duty Truck Engineering and Technology Research Center and SITRAK show trucks outside the meeting place and give high comments on the company’s work.
