Tanzania's "Guardian" reported on March 9 that on the 6th, at the handover ceremony of 100 Howo trucks from Sinotruk International Co., Ltd. and Tanzania GSM Group held in Dar es Salaam, the representative of Sinotruk Tanzania said, SINOTRUK will actively support local dealers to invest in the construction of a heavy-duty vehicle assembly plant in Tanzania. This project will create more than 500 jobs in Tanzania and promote the development of Tanzania's automobile industry.

According to the report, Sinotruk's heavy-duty truck products have been widely used in major infrastructure and livelihood projects such as the Tanire Hydropower Station and the Central Standard Gauge Railway.
